I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and new facilities at Holiday Inn Edmonton South. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and spaciousness, providing a relaxing space after a tiring event. The location was perfect, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious washroom.

While my stay was overall positive, I did encounter some issues. the front desk staff's insistence on a security deposit payment upon seeing my age was unnecessary and done in a rude manner.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas stay. It was just a short distance from all of the shopping areas, making it very convenient for us to get last-minute gifts. the fact that the kids ate for free at the restaurant saved us a ton of money and made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the staff were friendly and provided a clean environment.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience at this hotel. the beds were a bit too soft for our liking, which resulted in a less-than-ideal sleep.
